What Twinshipper provides

Twinshipper finds companies similar to a business you name, and provides business contact information for people who work at them — names, roles, work email addresses and, where available, phone numbers.

The service is sold for business use. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for contacting people in a personal capacity.

Credits, and when they are used

Usage is metered in credits. The cost of a search is calculated from both how many companies you ask for and how many contacts you want at each one: the number of companies, multiplied by two plus the contacts per company, divided by five, and rounded up to the next whole credit. At the default of three contacts per company that works out at one credit per company, so a 25-company search costs 25 credits; the same 25 companies at ten contacts each costs 60. The cost is shown to you before the search runs. Revealing an email address costs one credit; revealing a direct phone number costs four.

A credit is used at the moment the search runs or the contact is revealed, and that is also the moment the data is delivered to you. Delivery is immediate and cannot be undone — once a contact is revealed, you have it.

Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal and do not carry over. Credits bought as a top-up pack do not expire.

Refunds

Unused credits are refundable. If you have bought a top-up pack and not spent it, we will refund it.

Credits that have been spent are not refundable, because the data they bought has already been delivered to you. Where a pack is partly used, we refund the unspent portion.

If a payment is reversed after credits have been spent, the corresponding credits are removed from your account. This can leave a negative balance, which must be cleared before the account can be used again.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate a partly used month.

How you may use the data

The contact data is licensed to your organisation for its own sales and marketing use. You may not resell it, publish it, or supply it to another company as a data product.

You are responsible for complying with the marketing and data-protection laws that apply to you when you contact anyone — including maintaining your own suppression lists and honouring opt-outs.

Individuals whose details appear in the service can ask us to remove them. Where we are required to act on that, the records are removed from your account too.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. Activity under your account is treated as yours, and seat limits are per plan.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a reversed payment that has left a negative balance, or for use that breaches these terms.
