How credits are used

Running a search: Priced on how many companies you ask for and how many contacts you want at each. A 25-company search at the default 3 contacts costs 25 credits; the same search at 10 contacts each costs 60.
Revealing an email address: 1 credit each, charged when you reveal it — not when it is found.
Revealing a direct phone number: 4 credits each. Direct dials cost us more to source, which is why they cost more here.
Seeing the list itself: Free. Company name, contact name, title, role tier and LinkedIn URL are always visible without spending a reveal credit, so you can decide who is worth revealing before you spend anything.

When credits expire

Monthly plan credits reset at each billing renewal and do not roll over. Credits bought as a top-up pack never expire.

Spending draws from your monthly allowance first, so purchased credits survive into the next billing period rather than being consumed ahead of credits that were going to reset anyway.

Not included

Load boards, rate data, TMS functionality and carrier sourcing are all outside what this does. Twinshipper finds shippers and the people at them. It does not cover the freight.
